How we use it. Only to answer you, arrange appointments, and provide aftercare guidance. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Where it lives. Messages stay in the messaging apps you used (WhatsApp / Instagram) and on devices used for the business. Hosting for this website is provided by here.now; the public site itself does not store booking forms.

How long. We keep booking-related messages for as long as needed to serve you and meet basic business records, then remove or archive them when no longer needed.

Your choices. You can ask us to clarify, correct, or delete information we hold about you by messaging Julia on WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable time.
