Yes. Keep the treated area dry for the first 24 hours. If it gets lightly splashed while washing your face or performing wudu, gently pat it completely dry — do not rub.

After the first 24 hours, you can wash as usual — gently, keeping the treated area clean and without soaking it. Until the initial healing is complete, avoid pools, sauna, steam, heavy sweating and intense workouts, direct sun and tanning. Your usual makeup is fine from the next day, just not on the treated area until it has healed.

Fresh brows look darker and more defined and soften during healing. Permanent makeup fades gradually; retention varies with skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare, colour choice and individual healing.

The technique is performed carefully and superficially. Usually there is no heavy bleeding, but light pinpoint spotting of lymph or blood can occur. Minor pinpoint bleeding may occur.

A touch-up can be booked 1–3 months after the initial procedure, after full healing: brows 500 AED / lips 600 AED at JVC Studio (Home Service: 700 / 800 AED). After 3 months it is a colour refresh, not a touch-up: the whole brow structure may need restoring or rebalancing, adding pigment where faded and balancing retained areas. Brows 800 AED / lips 1,000 AED at JVC Studio (Home Service: 1,000 / 1,200 AED).
